Abby Bauer's story is about perseverance, dedication and understanding the big picture.  In her senior speech at the Westford Academy year end banquet she describes her journey, and how she managed to enjoy a fulfilling high school experience playing girls hockey that will prepare her for the rest of her life.

The NISHL aims to bring this to girls high school hockey players who otherwise will not have the ability to play for their own HS team.
